Do your smart glasses include a display or subtitle functionality?
Looktech AI Glasses do not have a HUD (heads-up display) or subtitle functionality. They include a high-definition (HD) 13MP camera for capturing high-res images and 2K videos, with all information provided through audio responses.
How does the AI assistant work?
Memo, our AI assistant, is powered by advanced model GPT-5. You can activate it by simply saying "Hey Memo" or pressing the AI button on the left temple of the glasses. What makes Looktech's AI different is that it has memory and will learn from your routines, preferences, and past conversations to deliver tailored experiences.
Do I have to pay for a membership to use Looktech AI Glasses?
No, you don’t. You can capture pictures/videos, take calls, listen to music and use AI features for free, including voice chat, recording transcription, and various AI mini-apps.
Free users will have daily limits on voice chat time, access to the advanced voice model (GPT-5), and transcription minutes. Once you reach the limit, Memo will automatically switch to the GPT-5 mini model.
Upgrading to a membership gives you: longer voice chat time, consistent access to GPT-5, more transcription minutes, priority response during peak hours and more voice styles and early access to new features.
Whether you upgrade is entirely up to you—we always provide the core features with free daily usage.
How do I charge the glasses?
Every pair of Looktech AI Glasses comes with a standard charging case. Simply place the glasses in the case to charge them, similar to charging Bluetooth earbuds with a case.
Can I get prescription lenses?
Yes, you can purchase Looktech AI Glasses directly from our official website, where you can fill out your prescription details and select your preferred lens type. We offer a wide variety of lens options, and your selected lenses will be installed at our factory during production before being shipped to you. Alternatively, you can have prescription lenses fitted at a local optical store after receiving your Looktech AI Glasses.
Can I replace the lenses myself or at my local optical shop?
Yes, you can go to a local optician for additional lens choices that best fit your needs.
